The Lake House
A lakeside log home with the water on one side and a putting green on the other.
Right on the water
A deck wraps three quarters of the house, so wherever you sit you are looking at either the mountains, the lake or the fairway. There is a gas grill on the porch and a putting green and large fairway area right out front.
Walking and hiking trails run from the door, and the ponds are yours to fish. Like the rest of the farm there is no cell service, no internet and no cable — a television with a DVD player and a house phone, and that is the lot.
MAIN FLOOR
Open living, dining and kitchen area, with the master bedroom and its king bed and bathroom alongside.
UPSTAIRS
A bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, and a loft with a single bed looking down over the living room.
WALK-OUT BASEMENT
A third bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with the washer and dryer, and a one-car garage.

ARRIVING & LEAVING
Check in from 4:00 pm, check out by 11:00 am. Maximum occupancy seven. Ten per cent comes off stays of six nights or more.
IF PLANS CHANGE
Cancel at least fourteen days before you arrive and you get a full refund. Cancel at least seven days before and you get half back.
SAFETY
Deadbolt locks, smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and exterior lighting.
